Malin+Goetz is the fusion of our founders' corresponding passions for beauty and design, permeating every aspect of the brand, from the meticulous efficacy of each formulation to their iconic packaging, and to the individual architectural integrity of each of their stores. Our first apothecary, located in their old apartment building in Chelsea, has served our community for over 17 years.

Guided by a "less is more" philosophy, our skincare products are designed to offer more benefits with fewer steps, utilizing less packaging, and fewer unnecessary ingredients, resulting in less waste and less fuss. The diversity, inclusivity, and energy of New York City has greatly influenced our brand, and it is in this collective spirit that we approach the creation of all our formulas.

Through our Compact by Design initiative, we have identified products with a more efficient design, requiring less packaging and becoming more efficient to ship. These small differences in product size and weight can lead to significant reductions in carbon emissions at scale. Our products are vegan and cruelty-free, with no synthetic fragrance.
